Rodger A. Finney, 80, of Lake Havasu City, passed away on Nov. 26, 2022. 
He was born on Sept. 6, 1942, in Los Angeles to Harold and Margaret 
(Withers) Finney.

Rodger married Jane (Wilkins) Finney in April of 1988. He served a term 
in the Navy and worked in the Marine industry. He was involved in boat 
racing throughout his life. Rodger is preceded in death by his parents 
and 3 siblings. He is survived by 3 children, 2 stepchildren, and his 
brother.

Rodger was well-known as being a friend to everyone. He will be missed 
by all of his family and all of the friends he made along the way.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
