Mrs. Cook was born in Globe on June 16, 1907. She is survived by her husband, Alvin B. of Bagdad; three sons, Burr Dee, U.S. Army; Eddie E., U.S. Navy; and Alvin Jr. of Bagdad; two daughters, Noma and Joanna, both of Bagdad; and six brothers, Jim Hughes of Bagdad, Mack of San Carlos, Ernest of Phoenix, and Emmett, Boyd, and Pat, all of Mesa.
