BRIGGS, John Joseph

Published by The Star Press on Jun 23, 1986 - Muncie, Indiana - John Briggs, 53 John Briggs, 53, Lake Havasu City, Ariz., died June 20 in Valley Hospital Las Vegas, Nev., after a brief illness. Born in Muncie, he was the son of Fred and Ruth (Ellis) Briggs and attended Gaston School. Before leaving Muncie, he worked at Riggin's Dairy. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Besurner Briggs; a daughter, Cynthia (Mrs. Dennis) Rahig, Glendale, Ariz.; a son, Mark Briggs, Bullhead City, Ariz.; three sisters, Barbara Jarvis, Rosemary (Mrs. J.C.) Drick and Betty (Mrs. Francis) Schater, all of Indianapolis, and three grandchildren. Funeral services and burial were in Lake Havasu City.
