Lorna L. Marks, nee Tantillo, passed away peacefully at her home in
Edgewater, FL on Friday, January 15 after a long battle with cancer. She
was 96 years old.

Lorna was the beloved wife of the late John (Jack) T. Marks. They were
married in 1954 in Blue, Arizona, a place close to both of their hearts.
Until Jack's death, Lorna and Jack made their home in Tucson. For twenty
years Lorna worked as a secretary at the University of Arizona, and
loved interacting with the students. She and Jack were big Wildcats
fans.

Lorna was a bright and witty independent spirit. She was widely read and
had range of interests: Native American art, turquoise jewelry,
collecting troll dolls and Silhouettes, to name a few. She enjoyed her
philanthropic work, especially volunteering at the Public Library. For
fun she liked to belly dance.

After Jack's death Lorna moved to Florida to be closer to family. Until
recently she enjoyed spending her Sunday mornings socializing and
serving coffee at the local American Legion of Foreign Wars. Lorna loved
reading, cats and Frappuccinos.

Lorna is survived by her sister Gloria Moisan. Predeceased by her
brothers James (Jimmy) Tantillo, Willard (Willy) Tantillo, Joseph (Joe)
Tantillo and Donald (Donny) Tantillo and her sisters Frances (Franny)
Benson and Barbara (Barbie) Stevens. She is lovingly remembered by her
friends, and her many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
