| Published by Today's News Herald on Jan. 1, 2023 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Ronald Ivan Bauer, 81, passed away in Las Vegas on Nov. 11, 2022. He was born to William Bauer and Jeanette Parounek in Chicago on Aug. 13, 1941. He went on to graduate from Excelsior High School in Norwalk, California and created a business called Bauer and Sons Masonry. Ronald retired from Masonry and More. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kirsten "Kitty" Bauer; his sister, Carol Matteson, and his parents, Bill and Jeanette Bauer. Ronald is survived by his daughter, Kristy Bauer; grandson, Dylan Jordan; sisters Darlene Rodriguez, Bonita Stiewell, and Calla Bendorf; his brother, Bill Bauer; 15 nieces and nephews. He was also a great uncle to 26. "Pops" was also beloved by many fellow "Havasuvians" including the employees and owners of Masonry and More and the Lake Havasu Golf Club. |
