AVEY, Catherina (Cat)

Catherina “Cat” Avey, 53, passed away unexpectedly on January 3, 2023. 
at the Havasu Regional medical Center. She was born on March 12, 1969, 
in Detroit, MI. She had 1 brother, Timmy Sanger and 2 sisters, Susan 
Deschaine and Sheila Oldham.
 
Cat moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ in 1997 from California and is 
survived by her two sons, Jarris Martin, 34, Orange County, CA and Joel 
Martin, 32 of Redding, CA, and her cat Vivian.
 
Cat was a loyal, loving friend and mother who wholeheartedly loved her 
two sons, enjoyed spending time with her friends, being on the water and 
pursuing her favorite hobby; cats.
 
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at 
1:00pm at Bradbury Memorial Center, 3317 Hwy 95 N, Lake Havasu City, AZ.
