Saturday, March 5, 2005 at 10 a.m. at Santa Teresita Catholic Church, 
14016 N. Verbena St., El Mirage, Arizona. Burial to follow at Sunwest 
Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Childrens Cancer Center at Phoenix 
Childrens Hospital, 1919 E. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85016.
