Margaret Cascio, 81, of Avondale died May 30, 2009, in Goodyear. Mrs. Cascio was born April 4, 1925, in Prescott to Eulojio and Natalia Benegas. She was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church. She is survived by three sons, Phillip of Las Vegas, Joseph of Phoenix and Jim; one brother, Salvador Benegas of Virginia; one sister, Lola Leyva of Prescott; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip. A Mass was celebrated Wednesday at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 539 E. La Pasada Blvd. in Goodyear.
