Judith Ann Burner, 79, a longtime Wickenburg resident and member of the
First Presbyterian Church, passed away June 29, 2022, in Michigan
following a short illness.
Judy was born Dec. 15, 1941, the daughter of Royce and Dorothy (Baer)
Weideman. Burner was a junior high school music teacher in the Phoenix
area for decades, an active participant in the women's choral group
"Sweet Adeline's", and a member of the popular western trio Daughters of
the Purple Sage.
Besides her parents, Judy was preceded in death by sisters Bonnie Joyal
and Becky Weideman; sons, James and Geoff Jensen; and husbands Howard
Burner and Terry Murbach.
Judy is survived by her nephews Mike (Marie) Joyal of Autryville and
Mark (Florence) Joyal of Ripley, Michigan, who provided loving care for
her in her last years. Harmonizing was Judy's greatest love. In
