| Published by Today's News Herald from Apr. 5 to Apr. 6, 2023 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - James L. Miller passed away April 1, 2023 in Peoria, at the age of 80. He was born Nov. 13, 1942, in Rawlins Wyoming to James and Dorothea Miller. James was an early pioneer of Lake Havasu City who worked at McCulloch Corporation where he met his future wife Antonia (Toni). James loved camping, hunting, traveling, and the outdoors. He was a master mechanic who worked for Ford and started a mechanic shop (Miller's Garage) with his brothers. James was also a devoted husband and a family man who loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. After leaving Havasu in 1981, James returned with his family in 1991 and has made Lake Havasu his home ever since. James is survived by his loving family, wife, Antonia (Toni) Miller, of Lake Havasu City, son, John Miller of Lake Havasu City; daughters, Laura (Kenny Ingram) Miller, of Glendale, and Cassandra Miller, of Lake Havasu City, and two grandchildren Kayden and Lucas Miller. He is preceded in death by his daughter Jennifer Miller. A rosary and mass are scheduled for Friday April 7, 2023 at 4:30pm it will be held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and there is a scheduled Visitation from 5-7 p.m. Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
