She was born June 30, 1950, to Bernice and Jay Nielsen. Eileen, the loving wife, mother, and grandmother is survived by her husband Ron; son, Ryan; daughter-in-law, Sally; grandson, Ryan; granddaughter, Violet; her brother, Scott Nielsen; nephew, Riley Nielsen; and her faithful dog, Lulu. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda; and brothers, Tim Anderson, Dan Anderson, and Paul Nielsen. Eileen was raised in Salt Lake City. Eileen and Ron were married for over 50 years. Eileen will be interred next to her parents. In lieu of cards or flowers, the family asks for donations to the American Heart Association to be made.
