| Luella Eleanor was born and raised in the city of Chicago. Her father was James Erwin Stubbs and mother was Luella M. Tedtman both of Chicago, as well. There were 4 siblings: Louise, Dolores, Virginia, and James Charles all with the surname Stubbs. All went to Chicago Public Schools. |
