James P. Hendrix, 67, a retired electrician, died July 13, 1985, at his 
Phoenix residence. Mr. Hendrix was brought to Arizona 64 years ago from 
Anadarko, Okla., where he was born. Survivors include his daughters, 
Helena M. Ericson, Judith Neagle and Sally DeStain; sons, James P. Jr. and 
Rodney M.; stepdaughters, Charlotte E. Derrossett, Jeannie L. Meyer and 
Maureen E. Beristain; stepson, James P. Fanning; mother, Eva; a sister and 
a brother; and 23 grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at 
Northwest Mortuary, 4033 N. 19th Ave.
