State Resident 40 Years Dies
Mrs. Emma Alice Gibson, 77 years, died yesterday in her home, 1818 West
Olive street. She had been a resident of the state for more than 40
years and of Phoenix for 25 years.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
A native of Texas, Mrs. Gibson and her husband, the late Jasper K.
Gibson, lived in the Flagstaff area when they first moved to Arizona. He
died last fall.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. O. Parsons, Phoenix; and four sons, Boyd
Gibson, San Diego; Jay, Henry and Charles Gibson of Phoenix.
