Henry J. Simmons Died Here June 6

Henry J. Simmons, 77, of Fosill (sic: Fossil), Ore., died in Community 
Hospital June 6. Mr. Simmons had spent the past six winters in Wickenburg, 
staying at the Echo Hill Nursing Home. The body was shipped to Fosill for 
services and burial.

Mr. Simmons had owned and operated a weekly newspaper in Oregon for 37 
years. Before that he was a school teacher and a county superintendent of 
schools.

The widow, two sons and three daughters survive.
