| The Sun (Wickenburg, Arizona) Friday, September 5, 1958, p. 8 Rites Were Sunday For Charles Smith Mr. & Mrs. Russell Stone were in Williams Sunday to attend funeral services for their nephew, Charles R. Smith, 27, who was killed August 28 when he apparently slipped and fell across high-voltage power lines at the First National Bank of Arizona Building in Williams which is under construction. Mr. Smith was an employee of the city electrical department. A native of Williams, the young man was the son of Mr. & Mrs. Mark Smith, Sr. Mrs. Smith, Sr., is a sister of Mrs. Stone. Surviving are the parents, the Wickenburg aunt and uncle, and these brothers and sisters: Mrs. Fred Augustine, Williams; Mrs. Morris Salem, Phoenix; Mrs. Mary Pitts, Mark Smith, Jr., and Robert Smith, all of Williams. |
