Mesa Rites For K. A. Anderson, Former Resident

Rev. Louis Eaton of the Mesa First Methodist Church conducted funeral 
services in that town Tuesday morning for K. A. (Kige) Anderson, former 
Wickenburg resident, who died in Mesa Sunday after a short illness. He 
was 82 years old. Burial was in the Mesa Cemetery.

Mr. Anderson built the El Recreo Court here in 1938 and 1939 and 
operated it until 1946 when he sold out and moved to Mesa where he built 
another court. He was born in Nashville, Tenn., March 7, 1875, and came 
to Arizona in 1924. Mrs. Anderson died December 30.

Surviving are a son, B. M. Anderson of Mesa; three grandchildren and 
five great-grandchildren.
