In loving memory, we gather here today to honor the life and legacy of
Lawrence Wayne Martinie, affectionately known as Larry. On April 3,
2023, at the age of 66, Larry peacefully departed from this earthly
realm in Phoenix. Born on the Oct. 29, 1956, in the town of Champagne,
Illinois, Larry's journey was marked by faith, family, and unwavering
devotion.

Larry leaves behind his beloved wife, Cheryl, who stood faithfully by
his side throughout the seasons of life. Together, they built a
foundation of love and commitment that shall endure beyond the bounds of
time. Larry's memory shall forever be cherished by his four daughters,
Tiffany (Frank), Kristel (Steven), Lauralee (William), Victoria (Jacob),
and four grandchildren (one on the way), who carry forth his values of
love, integrity, and resilience. In this time of mourning, let us also
remember Larry's devoted siblings, Forrest (Christine) and Jerry.
Larry's faith was the guiding light that illuminated his path throughout
his earthly journey. He found solace, strength, and a sense of purpose
within the Surprise Church of Christ and the Lake Havasu Church of
Christ.

In reverence and gratitude for a life well-lived, we invite you to join
us in a traditional ceremony to celebrate Larry's life and honor his
memory. On July 14, 2023, at 10:30 a.m, we shall gather at the Surprise
Church of Christ, located at 14925 W Silver Leaf Way, Surprise, AZ
85374.

Larry always said "life is like a vapor, here today gone tomorrow "
