| Published by Today's News Herald from Jul. 25 to Jul. 26, 2023 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - The Casper Family has suffered the great loss of a wonderful father, brother, grandfather and great-grandfather. On July 20,2023, Richard Eugene Casper went on to heaven to meet his loving wife Bea, son Rod, grandsons Justin and Josh, brother Don, and sister Barb. Richard is survived by his loving sons Richard W. (wife Phyllis) and Randy (husband Nick); daughters, Robin, Sheri (husband Mike) and Tracy; grandchildren, Richard, Candice (husband Shawn), Russell, Krystle (partner Anthony), Wade (wife Eron) and Travis; great-grandchildren Marlie, Ellis, Hayden, Van, Eva, Nolan, Hunter and Nathan (daughter-in law, Dawn). Funeral services will be held Friday July 28, 2023 at Lietz -Fraze Funeral Home from 1 to 3 p.m. with a reception to follow at the London Bridge Resort 4 -7pm. A graveside service will take place the following day at Lake Havasu Memorial Garden at 9 a.m. Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz- Fraze Funeral Home.
