TOMES, Marissa Nicole

Marissa Nicole Tomes passed away Aug. 18, 2023, at 32 years of age 
following a life-long battle with a rare blood disorder. Marissa was 
surrounded by her family and friends at St Joeseph's Hospital in 
Phoenix.

Marissa was a 20-year resident of Lake Havasu City, a graduate from LHHS 
in 2009, and worked for the local Safeway for over 10 years.

Marissa was preceded in death by her father James Tomes, her grandpas 
Jerry Johnson and Raymond Caddy, and her beloved grandma Edith Caddy.
Marissa is survived by her mother, Dorene Johnson, stepfather, Paul 
Deppisch, daughter Michelle White, son Maxon Smith and three uncles, 
Gene Johnson, Cecil Johnson, and Richard Caddy, and five brothers and 
sisters, James, Mandy, and the triplets: Johanna, Jason and Joshua 
Tomes.

A celebration of life is scheduled for Sept. 9, 2023, at the Hampton 
Inn, London Bridge Rd. from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
