| Published by Today's News Herald on Oct. 15, 2023 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Shirley Evelyn Kitko (Faltdz), devoted wife and mother, passed away on Thursday Oct. 5, 2023 after a brief illness at the age of 88. Shirley enjoyed family time, traveling and visiting casinos. The family moved to Lake Havasu City in May 1971. Shirley leaves behind her husband of 69 years, Eugene Kitko; son, Kenneth Kitko; daughters, Karen Morano (Tony), Kathy Simons (Mike), Kristine Kitko, and Karolyn Molitor (Jay); seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Frieda Faldtz; siblings, Robert Faldtz, Clarence Faldtz, Louise Payne, Arline Dahn, and Charles Faldtz. The family will gather at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Lietz Fraze Funeral Home. |
