| Published by Today's News Herald from Oct. 24 to Oct. 25, 2023 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Charles Edward Dahl, known to his friends and family as "Chuck", passed away on Aug.26, 2023 at the age of 80 in Lake Havasu City. He was born in Burlington, Iowa on June 9, 1943 to Charles Alfredo Dahl and Minnie Freida Fink. Though born in Iowa, Chuck moved to the Chicago area at a very young age, where he spent most of his youth. Chuck graduated high school from East Leyden High School in 1965.He married his lovely wife Janice in Las Vegas in 1983, and together they shared 40 wonderful years of marriage. Chuck enjoyed being a private pilot and was an avid golfer. He loved classic cars and was a member of various classic car clubs. Charles is preceded in death by his parents; Charles and Minnie Dahl. He is survived by his wife; Janice Dahl, son; Charles Martin Dahl, and sisters; Linda McQuiston and Janet Damato. Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
