GONZALES, Estelle "Stella"

Estelle "Stella" Gonzales, a beacon of strength and unwavering love, 
passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at the age of 68.

Born in Santa Fe, New Mexico on March 11th 1956, she was a graduate of 
Santa Fe High School, where she met the love of her life Robert 
Gonzales. They later relocated to the Phoenix area, where Stella worked 
for Desert Schools Federal Credit Union. 

Stella cherished time with her husband and daughter, her beloved dog 
Rosie, cooking, reading, and Dancing with the Stars. She also enjoyed 
volunteering at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, where she 
touched many lives with her warmth and kindness.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Gonzales, and her 
parents, Fernando and Guadalupe Medina. She leaves behind her daughter 
Laura (Scott), granddaughter Isabelle, and siblings Richard (Nancy) and 
Michael (Sheryl), along with nieces and nephews in New Mexico, Texas, 
and Arizona.

Although she leaves this earthly world to be with her heavenly father, 
her legacy of love and warmth will live on.
