Tim Mulvaney, 70, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Sanford
Medical Center in Fargo, North Dakota.

Timothy Mulvaney came into this world on Sept. 1, 1953, in Anchorage,
Alaska, to Maurice and Pearl (Chesley) Mulvaney. He spent his formative
years in West Fargo, graduating from West Fargo High School.

While he briefly attended NDSU, his passion for snowmobile racing led
him on a different path. Tim was a visionary entrepreneur and inventor,
founding several successful businesses including M&R Construction
(concrete construction), Brittonya Industries (potato sprayers), and
Applied Products/Retrax (pickup bed covers). His retirement in 2012
allowed him cherished moments with his grandchildren and family. He also
pursued his newfound love for flying, earning his Light Sport License
and relishing flights in his Cub and AutoGyro planes. Tim adored
pontooning and the serene joy of lakeside living.

Tim's zest for life was exemplified through his love for racing. Whether
it was dirt bikes, snowmobiles, go-karts, or sprint cars, he lived for
the thrill of competition. His continuous drive for new projects was
fueled by his unrelenting passion for innovation. Tim took immense pride
in his new lakeside shop, a testament to his dedication and
craftsmanship.

Tim is survived by his daughter, Tonya (Dave) Loken, of Reiles Acres,
ND; grandchildren, Harrison, Henrik, and Hudson; brother, Monty
Mulvaney, of Harwood, ND; significant other, Diane Davis; nieces, Tina
and Kelly; and nephew, Michael.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Mary and Richard; and
sister-in-law, Sherry Mulvaney.

A memorial service is set for 2:30 p.m., Friday, May 17, 2024 at Hope
Lutheran Church, Fargo, North Dakota with a visitation one hour prior.
The service will be livestreamed on the funeral home website.

A prayer service is set for 7 p.m., Thursday, May 16, 2024 at Hanson-
Runsvold Funeral Home, Fargo, ND with a visitation one hour prior. A

Dakota.
