Archabold "Pete" Shelton, 73, died Friday, Dec, 21, 1984, at the V.A. 
Medical Center in Prescott.

He was born Sept. 9, 1911, in Hope, New Mexico, the son of Clarence and 
Dorothy Shelton.

Mr. Shelton was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served during World War 
II. He was a miner for many years before he retired. He moved to Arizona 
72 years ago from New Mexico and had lived in the Congress area.

There are no known survivors.

Private services were arranged by the Hampson Funeral Home.
