With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of James Edward Ingram,
affectionately known as Jim, on Aug. 13, 2024.
Born on Dec. 29, 1948, in Inglewood, California, USA, James was an
adventurous soul who lived life to the fullest. A computer analyst by
profession, he worked in the aircraft industry before his retirement. A
member of the Over the Hill Car Gang and the Golf Club, Jim was known
for his love for long walks and travel. His adventurous spirit was
evident in his love for exploring new places and cultures, inspiring
many with his enthusiasm for life.
Jim led an enriched life, marked by his educational journey through
Fullerton Junior College and Pepperdine University. He moved to Lake
Havasu City in 2010 and immersed himself in the local community. His
adventurous spirit, love for life, and dedication to his profession will
be remembered by all.
Jim is survived by his brother David Ingram and his sister, Judy
McLaran.
He is preceded in death by his father, Louis Ingram, and his mother,
Ruth Taylor. As Helen Keller once said, "Life is either a daring
adventure or nothing at all," and James lived by this mantra. His
adventurous spirit will continue to inspire all who knew him.
