R. Cecil Capell Born in Hugo, Oklahoma on April 19, 1932. Departed on April 19, 2002 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. R. Cecil Capell, 69, of Cottonwood died April 12. He was born April 19, 1932 in Hugo, Oklahoma. He was a retired machinist. Mr. Capell was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Mr. Capell leaves his beloved companion, Ellen Crownover; a sister, Carmonetta Cox of Clarkton, Wash.; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Annette. A visitation will be held in the Westcott Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 17 at 5 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 18 at 10 a.m in the Valley View Cemetery, Clarkdale, Arizona. Arrangements are under the direction of the Westcott Funeral Home. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona.
