FRANKLIN, Richard

The body of Richard Franklin was shipped to Texarkana, Tex. by Ragsdale Mortuary for services at Mt. Olive CME Church in nearby Naples and burial. Mr. Franklin, 56, a resident at 211 South 13th Street, died at a local hospital Sunday. He was a former member of Hopewell CME Temple in Texarkana from which he came to Phoenix in 1951. He was employed at the Arizona Compress. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Jane and son John Cecil, both of Los Angeles; and a daughter, Esther E. Muldrew of Texarkana. Arizona Sun January 3, 1957
