DURDEN, William

Final rites were held last Sunday afternoon for William Durden, 43, of 1330 West Cocopah, in Webber’s Eastlake Chapel. Elder A. Lee Mattox officiated. He was buried the following day in Glendale Memorial Park. A Phoenix resident six years, Mr. Durden died in a local hospital Sept. 23. Survivors include three brothers, Ira, Nathaniel and George, two sisters, Mrs. Era Mae Young and Miss Pertie Opal Durden, all of Phoenix; and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ira Durden, Jefferson, Texas.
