He was born October 12, 1945 in Fresno, California. Mr. Starr worked in the construction trade. He leaves his mother, Alma Dean Starr,; a sister, Deborah Piper, both of Cottonwood; two brothers, Chris Starr of Camp Verde and Jeff Starr of Coolidge. He was preceded in death by his father, Art Myrle Starr. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona.
