William Franklin Bowles, Jr. Born in Rupert, West Virginia on Feb. 2, 1960. Departed on April 5, 2002 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. William Franklin Bowles, jr., 42, of Cornville died April 5. He was born February 2, 1960 in Rupert, West Virginia. Mr. Bowles served in the United States Army. He leaves a son, Robbie Bowles of Beaufort, S.C.; his mother, Carol Graves, Cornville, Ariz.; a sister, Pamela Alexander, Mesa, Ariz.; two brothers, Gary Bowles of Jacksonville, Fla. and David Fields of Mesa. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 10 from 4 p.m. in the Westcott Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 11 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona at Cave Creek in Phoenix at 12 noon.
