Jerry "J.W." Wayne Spencer was born May 29, 1947 and passed away Jan. 
26, 2023. He was born in Shafter, Calif. He is survived by this wife, 
Pam. They were married 30 years. Jerry has three children: Jesse 
Spencer, Kim Ortega, and Anna Pate. He also has three step-children: 
Cindie Devall, Ginnie Devall, and Kelly Devall. He has 13 grandchildren 
and seven great-grandchildren.

Jerry owend Parker Woodworks from 1990 to 1995, and you can see his 
handiwork in many of the benches he built both inside and outside the 
courtrooms and the County Board of Superivsors' meeting room.

Services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11 at Grace Assembly of 
God Church, 1821 S. Navajo Avenue, Parker. Pastor Jerry Rather will be 
officiating.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Wounded Warrior 
Program.
