Charlie Williams Jr. A former deputy sheriff, Charlie Williams Jr., 51 of 1605 East Adams, died last Friday in a local hospital. His services were conducted by the Rev. H. Y. Stevenson in Webber’s East lake Chapel. Interment was in Double Butte Cemetery. A resident since 1936, Mr. Williams was last employed by the Maricopa Highway Department. He was born in Louisiana. He is survived by his wife, Cora, and son, Ernest Williams both of Phoenix. Arizona Sun September 18, 1958
