| Perez Services Held Thursday Thursday evening the rosary was recited in Cannon Mortuary for Eugenio L. Perez, 29, who died Monday in a Phoenix hospital. Requiem Mass was sung Friday morning in St. John Vianney Church with burial inGreenwood. A native of Texas, Perez had lived 15 years in Arizona. He was a miner for Phelps-Dodge Corporation at San Manuel. He was visiting in Avondale when he was killed. Survivors include his wife, Gloria; two sons, Andy and Robert; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Pablo Perez of Avondale; four brothers, Manuel, Nasario, Vicente, and Salvador; six sisters, Josefina, Patricio, Connie, Geneve, Virginia and Dottie.
