Annabelle Lewis Services for Mrs. Annabelle Lewis, 74, 1242 E. Jefferson, were held Tuesday in Webber’s Eastlake Chapel with the Rev. Lola Barnes and Bishop V. W. Boone officiating, assisted bv the Rose of Arizona Tabernacle No. 32 Daughters of Tabor. Burial was in Greenwood Memorial Park. A resident of Phoenix, 50 years. Mrs. Lewis came to Phoenix from Greenbury, Indiana. She was born in Bagdad, Kentucky. She died last Friday. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Viola Kerlengan of Phoenix, and Mrs. Louise Perkins, Oakland, Calif., 2 grand children, and 4 great-grand children. Arizona Sun July 11, 1957
