GEORGE PIERCE George Pierce passed Monday morning at his home, 3902 E. Jones, of a heart attack while walking to his car. Funeral, services will be Friday morning, 10 o’clock at Ragsdale Chapel in the Valley. Mr. Pierce, 76, came to Phoenix from Oklahoma 30 years ago, was employed by the State until recently when he was retired. He was an active member of First Institutional Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Nina and daughter, Mrs. Jodie Allen, both of Phoenix; son, Emmett, C. Pierce, San Bernardino, California;, and a brother, John Pierce, Phoenix.
