Henderson May 2, 1964 - August 8, 2025 Troy is survived by his parents, Madeline Schmaltz of Yarnell, Ariz., Russell and Patricia Henderson of Glendale, Ariz.; brother, Mark Henderson of Mesa, Ariz.; the family of Sandy, Josh, Jessica and Amber of Iowa; daughter, Anna Jean; grandson, Alex of Phoenix; uncle, Hal Henderson of Wilwood, Fla.; aunts, Jan Martin of Fresno, Calif., and Glenda Lee of Arvada, Colo.; and uncle, Carl Funderburg Jr. of Needles, Calif. Troy is preceded in death by his grandparents, Marion Henderson, Edith Henderson, Robert Schmaltz and Carl and Arlene Funderburg; uncle, Ken Martin; and nephew, James Henderson. Troy was an accomplished craftsman, working at many trades all his life. Troy was a kind and loving person with a soft heart for animals and the elderly. He would give you the shirt off his back. To know Troy was to have a friend. He will be missed by all those who knew him. A private family memorial will be held at a future date.
