SCHWARTZ, Sam

Sam Schwartz died Oct. 27 at a local hospital. Funeral services were held at Grimshaw 
Mortuary, with Rabbi Harry Z. Schectman and Rev. Bernard S. Herzig officiating. Burial was in 
Beth El Cemetery. Schwartz came to Phoenix from Detroit in 1947. He is survived by his wife, 
Anna, and a daughter, Mrs. L. Devorken, both of Phoenix; a son, Sol, of Philadelphia; six 
grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
