RACKLEY, JR., Billie Boy

Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Billie Boy Rackley Jr., beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great- grandfather, went to be with his Heavenly Father on August 22, 2025, at the age of 84. Born on August 9, 1941, in San Antonio, Texas, Billie was the son of the late Billie Boy Rackley Sr. and Vera Lois Rackley. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Sue Smith. Billie proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1958 to 1971, achieving the rank of Captain. Following his service, he earned an associate degree in Agriculture and dedicated his career to the U.S. Proving Grounds and the Humboldt Unified School District. He is survived by his devoted wife, Sally Rackley; his daughters, Debra Foree, Vicki Neuman Rackley, Cindy Medina, and Carol Darrow; his son, Kirk Lawrence; four cherished grandchildren whom he doted on; and four beloved great-grandchildren. Billie will be remembered for his kind and giving heart, his love of the outdoors, and the joy he found in hunting, fishing, and, above all, spending time with his family. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Havasu Christian Church, 341 Mulberry Ave., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403. Billie’s family and friends will forever treasure his memory and the love he shared throughout his life.
