Beverly N. Winterboer, 89, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2023 in
Las Vegas, NV. Bev was born January 6 ,1934 in Harris, IA, the daughter
of Chris(t) and Lucile (Houstman) Heppler. She married Arnold (Bill)
Paul Winterboer on June 9,1957. She was a graduate of Iowa State
Teachers College with an Elementary Teachers diploma. Bev was a grade
schoolteacher in Iowa, California and Arizona and loved all her
students. She was well known for being "Mrs. Bill" at the Parker, AZ A&W
Restaurant. She loved to sew and make crafts.
Bev is survived by children: Paula McClellan of NV, son Mike (Diane) of
TX; grandchildren: Elly (Dan) Hudson, Josh (Brittany) Wood, DJ
McClellan, Caitlyn (Brian) Jepson and great grandchildren Everett and
Peter; sister, Bonnie Reuter of Englewood, FL and brother Dennis
(Eloise) Heppler of Marion, IA. She was preceded in death by her
parents; brothers Dale and Donald Heppler and husband.
Interment at First Reformed Cemetery, IA.
