Sun City -- Services for Ray Weber, 78, who died Monday en route to Valley View Hospital, will be at 9 a.m. today in Lundberg Golden Door Chapel, 11211 Michigan Ave., Youngtown.  Burial will be private.  Mr. Weber of 10701 N. 99th Ave., a Navy veteran of World War I, had been a plumber 60 years in Milwaukee.  Survivors include his wife, Belle, and a sister. The Arizona Republic July 3, 1974.
