LUCAS, Deanne

Bradbury Memorial Center - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Deanne Lucas, age 61, passed peacefully at home on Sunday Oct. 19, 2025. She battled bravely for a year against a horrific autoimmune attack on her brain. She was beloved by all and touched hearts big and small. Her impact through her work at Havasupai Elementary was felt for 20+ years, and her legacy will continue for many more years to come. Deanne loved to cook for family and friends, and her coworkers always had good things to say after luncheons! She was always asking for recipes, and was always willing to tweak and experiment with various ingredients; some turned out better than others, for sure. Deanne is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Lucas, children William and Candice; her sister Debi Valois, brother-in-law Charles "Chuck" Valois, and their children Anthony, Brandon, and Erin North. She will be dearly missed by all, forever.
