Lisa E. Allen died on Nov. 22, 2025 at the age of 53 after a valiant 
battle with a high-grade glioma of the brain. She has entered into rest 
with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She is survived by her husband 
Jason, their three children Nathanael (Kayana), Corban, Eliana, and 
their one grandchild Everett. Lisa is also survived by her parents, 
Lewis & Lynda Tapley, and all her siblings. 

Her greatest desire in life was for those around her to come to a saving 
knowledge and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. In lieu of flowers, please 
make a donation to The Joan and Diana Hospice Home in Kingman, Arizona. 
Arrangements were entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home and Crematory.
