HOLMES, David Clark

Published by Mohave Daily News Online from Dec. 10 to Dec. 11, 2025 - Bullhead City, Arizona - In Loving Memory of David Clark Holmes - April 14, 1939 to July 16, 2025 - David was born to parents, Harriet and Charles Holmes on April 14, 1939. He was the youngest of three children. He met Dorothy Sue when he was about 14 years of age. He graduated from Pomona High School in 1957 and continued working. In 1958 he married his sweetheart Dorothy Sue and was very fond of saying "That it All Began with a Little Bitty Kiss" He furthered his education and ended up with a Doctorate in Vocational Education and proceeded to have an outstanding career. He had many interesting hobbies and truly enjoyed Nascar racing and even drove at the track in Las Vegas. Upon retirement he and Dorothy Sue decided to travel extensively in an RV. He was the father of four beloved children: Cindy, Robert, William and Stephen; grandfather to twelve children and great-grandpa to five children. David leaves behind his wonderful wife of 67 years, Dorothy Sue; four children and their families; and an older sister, Judy. David will be greatly missed and eternally loved.
