David is survived by his wife Anne; daughter Angela Zareski and son Mark Smith, both of Wickenburg. Services will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2003 at 11 a.m. at Frey Funeral Home. A reception will follow at Wickenburg Foursquare Grace Chapel on America Street. |
