Mary was a lifelong resident of Yuma and will be remembered with love and respect by all who knew her. She devoted nearly four decades to education, serving as a school teacher with Yuma School District No. 1 from 1960 until her retirement in 1999, influencing generations of students through her dedication to learning and the classroom. Mary was deeply involved in the local community throughout her life. In her free time, she found quiet joy in sewing and reading, pursuits that reflected her patience, creativity, and love of learning.
