Harriet Martha (Korngiebel) Rogers

Harriet Martha Rogers, age 97, a resident of Bullhead
City, Arizona, passed away on October 20, 2025.

Harriet Martha Korngiebel, was born on March 7, 1928
in Forman, North Dakota. The second of eight children
to Robert and Ida Korngiebel.

Harriet attended Forman school throughout all
12 grades, graduating in 1946. Harriet had attended
nursing school in Minneapolis, Minnesota becoming
an RN. A short time after becoming an RN, she had
relocated to Pasadena California, where Harriet
had met her husband James Rogers and had three
children, Steven (ILean), Robert (Jennifer) and Patricia
(Jeff). Harriet has three grandchildren, Rebecca, Allie and Eric along
with one great grandchild Iyle.

Harriet had worked at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena for over
30 years in the labor and delivery department. After retiring in 1993,
Harriet had moved to Mohave Valley, Arizona to join daughter Patty and
son-in-law Jeff. Although Harriet and James had divorced in 1964, they
had remained close up until James passing in 1999.

Harriet was preceded in the passing of her parents, seven of her
siblings, her two sons, Steve and Robert and her son-in-law Jeff.
Harriet is survived by her daughter Patty; daughters-in-law, ILean,
Jennifer and Linda (mother of Becca and Allie); her grandchildren; and
great granddaughter; her last sibling, Mary Joy Larson; many nieces and
nephews and many friends who all had adored her.

Harriet had been a devoted member of St. John's Lutheran Church in
Bullhead City, Arizona for many years. Harriet's favorite scripture was
23 Psalm and her favorite words were Trust in the Lord, for nothing is
impossible with God, Luke 1:37.

A Celebration of life will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, 1664
Central Ave., Bullhead City, Arizona on her birthday of March 7, 2026 at
11:00 am
