| Published by Mohave Daily News Online from Feb. 4 to Feb. 11, 2026 - Bullhead City, Arizona - Tracy Ann White (Wittmer), age 71, a resident of Bullhead City, Arizona, passed away at home on November 7, 2024. She was born on August 18, 1953 in Illinois to Charles and Dorathy Wittmer, and was one of four children. She was preceded in death by her parents; second husband, Ronald White; and partner of 25 years, Thomas Pendergrass. Tracy is survived and missed by her two daughters, Beth (Michael) Sakai-Chirin of Rio Rancho, New Mexico and Michelle Ortiz of Calistoga California; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Charles, Thomas, and Steven; as well as many nieces and nephews. |
