Timothy S. Huff
August 14, 1954-December 13, 2025

Tim was born in Prescott, Ariz., to Earl and Betty Huff. In 1963, the
Huffs moved to Wickenburg where Tom, Shoni and Tim attended Wickenburg
Elementary and Wickenburg High School. Tim was All State in football and
basketball and led the state in scoring and rebounding. He graduated
Valedictorian in 1972.

Tim became president of Building Owners & Managers Association. Twice
his company won the prestigious TOBY Award for best managed buildings in
the United States. Tim was president of the 3,000 member Arizona Bar
Foundation and he helped raise over $1,000,000 for charity. The Tim S.
Golf Tournament is named after him.

After decades as president and CEO of a commercial real estate property
management company, Tim found his greatest challenge was living with
Parkinson's Disease. His two books My Life with Parkinson's--An Insiders
Perspective is tailored to help PD sufferers and their loved ones
prepare mentally and emotionally to successfully seek and find joy in
life. Good Again helps readers appreciate what makes one's life "good"
when suffering from a chronic health condition. Both books are on sale
at Amazon. And yes, Tim died of Parkinson's complications--but he was a
hero in life!

Tim is survived by his wife Faith, of Glendale, AZ; his sister, Shoni
Bacon of Petaluma, Calif.; his adopted daughter, Shauna (Huff) Zimmerman
of Ohio; and many nephews and nieces.

His memorial service will be held Jan. 10, 2026, at 4 p.m. at Greenway
Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 15249 N. 75th Ave., Peoria, AZ
85381.
