He was born on January 25, 1955. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul C. Garcia Sr.; grandson, Damien Perez Pelcastre; sister, Mary L. Garcia; and brother, Ricky L.R. Garcia. Joseph is survived by his beloved wife, Colleen G. Garcia; mother, Delphina Mills Yrigoyen; daughters, Juanita (Ronnie) Lisenbery and Julia Garcia; son, Joseph Garcia Jr; brothers, Paul C. Garcia Jr; John A. Garcia Sr; Simon (Monica) Garcia Sr; sister, Sheila G. McCord; grandchildren, Domingo Perez Jr; Shea Perez, Brice Jackson II, Peyton Jackson and Juliet Bryan; and great-grandchildren, Ayden, Rain, and Eli Perez. He was also Uncle Joe to many nieces and nephews. He also leaves many cousins, relatives and friends. Church services were held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 and Traditional Services commenced on Friday, February 27, 2026 |
